A pair of championship rings were among the items taken from a Husker volleyball player’s apartment Friday afternoon, according to Lincoln Police Monday morning.
The two championship rings, both from 2017 when Nebraska won the Big Ten Conference Regular Season and the NCAA National Championship, belong to Jazz Sweet. She was a freshman at the time of the championships, playing in every set on the season while being named to the All-Big Ten Freshman Team.
Other items stolen include money, passport, social security card, Oakley sunglasses, a GoPro camera, and a lock box.
According to the incident report, it is unknown how entry into the apartment was gained.
